Itinerary

Day 01 :
Kathmandu Arrival and Transfer to Hotel

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by your trek guide or tour representative of blissful Himalayas. You will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu, where you can relax and unwind from your flight.

Day 02 :
Kathmandu Sightseeing and Preparation for the Trip

Visit some of Kathmandu’s iconic landmarks, such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple): A UNESCO World Heritage site offering panoramic views of the valley, Boudhanath Stupa: One of the largest stupas in Nepal and an important pilgrimage site for Tibetan Buddhists, Pashupatinath Temple: The holiest Hindu temple in Nepal, located on the banks of the Bagmati River, and Durbar Square: Explore Kathmandu Durbar Square, the historic royal palace and courtyard.You will meet your guide, discuss the trek itinerary, check gear, and finalize any last-minute arrangements. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 03 :
Drive to Sundarijal (1300m) and Trek to Chisopani (2140m)

Early morning drive (approx. 1.5–2 hours) to Sundarijal, the starting point of your trek.From Sundarijal, you’ll start your trek, passing through villages, forests, and streams. The trail gradually ascends, offering beautiful views of the Himalayas as you approach Chisopani. In Chisopani, you can witness a picturesque village with stunning views of the Langtang Range.

Day 04 :
Trek to Kutumsang (2450m)

The day’s trek is through beautiful forests and small villages. You’ll cross ridges with views of the surrounding peaks and continue to ascend until you reach Kutumsang. Overnight at Kutumsang, a small village known for its beautiful landscapes and hospitality.

Day 05 :
Trek to TharePati (3640m)

The trail continues to ascend today as you make your way to Tharepati, located at a higher altitude with an incredible mountain backdrop. You may pass through rhododendron forests, and the weather can change with the altitude. Overnight stay at Tharepati, a small but scenic settlement where you can enjoy the tranquility of the high-altitude surroundings.

Day 06 :
Trek to Tarke Gyang (2590m)

Descend from Tharepati to Tarke Gyang, a Sherpa village known for its traditional houses and culture. The descent allows you to rest your legs while still enjoying the Himalayan views. Overnight stay at Tarke Gyang, a serene village that offers a glimpse into the local lifestyle. 

Day 07 :
Trek to Sermathang (2610m)

Continue through picturesque landscapes to Sermathang, a village known for its friendly people and beautiful mountain vistas. The trek here is generally gentle and offers a chance to explore more of the Sherpa culture. Overnight at Sermathang, where you can enjoy the peaceful environment and explore the village.

Day 08 :
Trek to Melamchi (1846m) and Drive Back to Kathmandu

After breakfast, you’ll trek downhill to Melamchi, a town located at a lower elevation. The trek offers lovely views and an opportunity to see the daily life of the villagers. From Melamchi, you’ll take a scenic drive (around 4–5 hours) back to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 09 :
Departure for Next Destinations

Depending on your flight time, you may have some free time for shopping or exploring Kathmandu. You will then be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure.
