We accept last-minute bookings for all trips to Nepal, but for trips to Tibet, Bhutan, and India, a minimum of 10 days’ notice is required.
Agreements:
It is important to read the terms and conditions before booking your trip. By submitting the booking forms, you agree to the terms and conditions set by Blissful Himalayas Pvt. Ltd. We also agree to these terms and conditions. By agreeing to them, we are committed to resolving any legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.

Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package that covers medical expenses, natural calamities, helicopter evacuation, personal accidents, trip cancellation, and more. This is highly advised for all our clients, especially those trekking in Nepal, to ensure safety and security during your trip.
A 25% down payment is required to secure your booking, which can be transferred to a official bank accounts. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trek or tour departure. We accept foreign currencies such as US dollars, UK pounds, euros, and Chinese or Indian currencies.
For Tibet and Bhutan, bookings should be made at least one month in advance to arrange logistics and entry permits. A 50% advance payment is required for these trips.
Papers and Documents:
All necessary documents, such as those required for visas and permits, must be submitted in the proper order. We are not responsible for any issues if trip formalities are not completed on time due to missing or incomplete paperwork before the trip departs.
Risk and responsibility: Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. We strive to fulfill our responsibilities with honesty and dedication to ensure a trouble-free holiday as per your expectations. However, unless stated otherwise, trips may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, road blockages, floods, snow, political unrest, flight cancellations, delays, illness, or accidents. Anyadditional costs incurred due to these situations will be your personal responsibility and must be paid on the spot.
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
Flight delays or cancellations due to unpredictable weather are common in Himalayan regions, particularly in areas like Everest (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot, and Jumla.
When trekking in remote areas, especially during off-seasons, it is highly recommended to reserve extra days to account for potential delays and avoid frustration. In the event of flight cancellations before or after your tour, you will be responsible for your accommodation and food costs.
